A user-friendly interface at the 360IMG user console enable the users to set data for each product such as product details, pricing, security, publishing etc... on the same screen.
Frequently asked questions
Can the 360° AR images be published and displayed on all Social Platforms?
A selection of output formats in HTML, Jpeg, GIFF & MP4 can be selected by users freely for different applications. For example, HTML can be used on all computers & browser but it will still depend on whether such platform accept its importing file formats and this would be varies on different sales and social platforms.
Where are my images hosted?
You may chose to upload to the completed 360 or AR images to our 360IMG Cloud Server or you may simply download and have them hosted on your own server.
The results would be similar but of course, 360IMG provides a one-stop service and you will not have to worry about hosting the images as all images will be directly uploaded to the 360IMG cloud server automatically.
All images will be hosted on the AWS (Amazon Web Server) for the best in speed and security.
What would happen if the number of views exceed the plan limit
Please do not worry. You account will not be stopped. Your 360IMG account will still be operating but the 360° and AR images will temporary be disabled until the upcoming month starts counting. If that is the case, your your 360° or AR images will only be displaying in still picture.
Upgrade of Service Plan
Users are free to upgrade their service plan at anytime by simply clicking the Upgrade button and the system will calculate the remaining credits vs. new plan proportionally. There is no downgrade of service plan or early cancel for refund.
What would happen if I forgot to make payment for the service?
Do not worry! We will keep reminding you for the payment. In case of late payment, the 360 images & AR images will stop functioning but just displaying a still picture instead. The 360 & AR images will then be reactivated again after payment is made again.
Terminate of Service Plan
If you chose not to continue with the service plan, your server plan will be automatically transfer to a Standard Plan server providing with limited service only without hosting of images.
After expiring of server, account will not be able to use hosting & publishing service but we will keep the images hosted on server for another 7 days for users to download the images. After 7 days of the expiry day, 360IMG will delete the images.
